How long does it take to build a website?▾
Starter sites: 3–5 business days. Professional sites: 1–2 weeks. Business/e-commerce builds: 2–4 weeks. These timelines assume you provide content and feedback promptly. We're fast — we just need you to be too.
What do I need to prepare before we start?▾
Your logo (if you have one), brand colors or style preferences, any photos or images you want to use, and the text/content for each page. Don't have copy? No problem — we offer copywriting as an add-on. Don't have photos? We can recommend affordable stock options or photographers.
Do I get to see designs before it's built?▾
Yes. Depending on your plan, we'll share design mockups or a staging site preview before the final build. You'll have the opportunity to request changes before anything is finalized.

What does "starting at $250" actually mean?▾
It means the simplest, cleanest 5-page site for a service business starts at $250. More pages, custom features (like e-commerce, booking systems, or automations), SEO work, or ongoing maintenance will add to that. We'll always give you an exact quote before any work begins — no hidden costs.
When do I pay?▾
For most projects, we collect 50% upfront to reserve your spot and begin work, and 50% before or at launch. For larger projects over $1,000, we may split into three milestones. All payments are handled securely via Stripe.
What if I'm not happy with the result?▾
We include revision rounds in every plan — 1 for Starter, 3 for Professional, unlimited for Business. We work with you until the site reflects your vision. In the rare case we can't reach an agreement, we'll discuss options fairly.
Are there any ongoing fees after launch?▾
Only if you want them. Your website hosting and domain are separate costs you'd pay directly to your hosting provider (typically $10–30/month). Our optional maintenance plan starts at $75/month. There are no mandatory recurring charges from us.

What platform will you build my site on?▾
It depends on your needs. We work with WordPress (for flexibility and content management), Webflow (for design-forward sites), Shopify (for e-commerce), and custom HTML/CSS/JS (for performance-critical projects). We'll recommend the best fit for your goals during our initial conversation.
Will I be able to update the site myself?▾
Absolutely. We set up every site so you can make basic content updates (changing text, swapping images, adding blog posts) without needing to code. We'll walk you through how it works at launch. For bigger changes, we're available to help.
Who owns the website after it's built?▾
You do. Once the project is fully paid, you own 100% of the website, its code, and all associated assets. We'll transfer everything to your accounts. You're never locked in or dependent on us.
Do you handle domain and hosting?▾
We help you set it up — but the accounts are in your name. We'll guide you through registering a domain and setting up hosting with a provider we recommend. These are paid directly by you so you always have full control.
Will my website work on phones and tablets?▾
Always. Every single site we build is fully responsive and tested across mobile, tablet, and desktop. Mobile-friendliness is also a key factor in Google rankings, so it's a non-negotiable for us.
